Hypnogogia & Sleep Walking

Two artworks by Gordon Coldwell. They are associated with conjuring up images that relate to sleep and reflect the pictorial language I have been using lately i.e. stage-like compositions in which characters and objects interact. Capturing moments in time... sometimes dream like in look...  often autobiographical in content... on occasions provocative in intent, imaginary in content.
